libinput-pad1 software package provides On-screen Input Pad to Send Characters with Mouse - libs, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libinput-pad1
libinput-pad1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libinput-pad1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libinput-pad1 *
You will get with libinput-pad1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
